(b) Data relating to your registration for the event: this Data designates all the information necessary to finalize your registration, your choices and preferences necessary for the smooth running of the event.
2.1 The company collects your Data directly from you when you register for the event.
2.2 When you provide Data to the Company, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is accurate and complete. If so, you need to update them.
2.3 The Data presented as mandatory is necessary for the management of your registration and to enable us to provide you with the services requested. The mandatory or optional nature of the Data is indicated on the forms as well as the possible consequences in the event of a failure to answer.
Your Data is processed to organise your participation in the event whose organisation has been entrusted to us by TikTok. With a view to continuous improvement of the events it organises, your Data is also processed by the Company to possibly send you post-event surveys and analyse their results.
4.1 Your Data is processed by the Company's internal teams. In addition, only service providers and their personnel with limited authorisation are authorised to access your Data, with regard to the specific services entrusted to them and which they must perform on the exclusive behalf of the Company in strict compliance with particular obligations of security and confidentiality.
4.2 When the regulations in force so require, the Company may transmit your Data to the bodies and authorities legally authorised to access it (in particular the judicial and administrative authorities).
